She was predeceased by: her parents, W. P. Hawks and Ella Jewell Hawks (Patterson); and her half-brother Donald Hawks. She is survived by: her sister Sharon Hawks Smith (Dennis); and her nieces and nephews, Jason Smith (Melissa), Justin Smith (Jani), Khloe Smith and Atticus Smith Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home (201 E Washington St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (1209 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42103).
