He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Vaughn; his children, James Woodrow Miller Jr., Debby Miller and Tina Miller (Stan Kratowicz); and his siblings, Larry Miller, Rebecca Berry, Patricia Turner and Betty Miller. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
