He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wayne and Corrine Ledford Harper; and his brother Gregory Harper. He is survived by: his wife Tina Harper; his stepdaughter Chloe Keown; his sister Tina Harper Bengough; and his close friend Tresia Bellamy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Hays Lodge #517 (120 Hays Lodge Rd, Smiths Grove, KY 42171).
