She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Lee and Lulu Finney Rose; her husband Ray O'Neal Lewis; and her brother Tom Rose. She is survived by: her children, Tim, Marvin Shadburn and Theresa Emerson; her grandsons, Austin, Wade Emerson and Jonathan Ashlock; and her sisters, Barbara Tague and Linda Delk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hardy & Son Funeral Home - Smiths Grove (226 Broadway St, Smiths Grove, KY 42171). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 at the Smiths Grove Cemetery (270 Beeler Ave, Smiths Grove, KY 42171).
