He is survived by: his wife Judy Carol; his children, Timmy Abney (Jana), Michael Abney, Mindy Forshey (Bob Smith), Dorothy Richey, Kenneth Abney and Crystal Lowe (Jeffrey); and his siblings, Felix Abney (Eleanor) of Mt. Sterling, Ohio, Josie Morgan of Glasgow, Marty Buckner of Arizona and Leota Lewis (James) of Davenport, Oklahoma. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
