He is survived by: his father Everett Neil Johnson; his daughter Megan Johnson; his grandchildren, Caleb and Ember Hafner; his brothers, Robert Johnson and Tim Johnson (Lisa); his aunt Diane Moats; and his uncles, Carl Johnson (Mandy) and Howard Taylor. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hardy and Son Funeral Home (226 Broadway St, Smiths Grove, KY 42171). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at the Merry Oaks Cemetery.
