In loving memory of Anthony Stephens (Somerset, Kentucky), born in Whitley City, Kentucky, who departed this world on December 11, 2025 at the age of 55. He was predeceased by: his foster parents, J. C. Barnes and Laura Barnes; his brother Jimmy Stephens; and his father-in-law Roger Dutilly. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Michael A. Stephens of Lexington, Patrick Stephens, Aaron Stephens, Coltyn Stephens, Lily Stephens and Addalyn Stephens; his grandchildren, Logan of Emmalee, MJ and Sierra; his brothers, Michael Stephens (Carrie), Freddie Stephens (Jamie), Danny Brown (Melissa), Glendon Kidd and Mickey Kidd; and his in-laws, Porter (Patty) and Morrow. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews foster siblings, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jordan Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Saint Judes Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis Tennessee 38105.
