He was predeceased by: his parents, Sirl McClendon and Beatrice McClendon (Young); and his sisters, Eunice Sayers and Gladys Loveless. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Pretorius and Jonathan McClendon; his grandson Grayson Pretorius; his siblings, Clifford McClendon McClendon (Cassie), Roger McClendon McClendon (Kathy), Pamela Leigh and Janice Armstong; his brother-in-law David Sayers; and his close friends, Greg and Debbie Humphrey.
