He was predeceased by: his parents, Amon L. Stephens and Rosemary Stephens; the mother of his children Inga Diane Stephens of Casey County; and his sister-in-law Dr. Patty Prather-Stephens. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Andrew "Andy" Stephens of Somerset and Sean Aaron Stephens of Somerset; and his brothers, Doug Stephens of Somerset, Terry Stephens (Belinda) of Somerset and Kirby Stephens (Erin) of Somerset. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other family members, and cherished friends.
