He is survived by: his wife Carol Phelps; his children, Ryan Phelps (Ashley) of Somerset, Steven Dykes (Misty Shoopman) of Somerset, Paul Dykes (Pam) of Waynesburg, Rebecca Wright (Jordan) of Somerset and Scottie Whitaker of Somerset; his sister Louise Tomlinson (Dale) of Somerset; and his sons, Michael, Albert and David. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
