He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James Crowe and Bernice Cox Crowe; his brother Kenny Crowe; his wife Janie Crowe; his children, Michael Crowe (Kimberly) of Somerset, Stacy Burrell (Craig) of Somerset and Selina Thompson (Timmy) of Sumter, SC; his siblings, Charlie Crowe (Jennifer), Richard Crowe of Somerset, Gerald Crowe (Libbey) of Somerset and Elizabeth Ann Bebee (Jamie Seltzer) of Somerset; his sister-in-law Brenda Jones of Burnside; his grandsons, Stephen Burrell (Charli) and T. J. Burrell; and his brother Frank Crabtree of Liberty.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 20th 2023 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 20th 2023 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
