She is survived by: her sons, Ted Adkins (Julie) of Russell Springs, KY and Tim Adkins (Angela) of Somerset, KY; her grandchildren, Dustin Adkins (Tosha), Haley Adkins (Chuck), Callie Adkins (Josh) and Landry Wilson; her great grandchild Harper Grey Adkins; her siblings, Roy Smith of Pikeville, KY and Joann Hall of Dayton, Ohio.; and her husband Rev. Sammie Adkins, Jr..
