It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Carter of Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfurd Williams and Etta Marie Spencer Williams. She is survived by: her children, Tia Marie Murphy (Kim) of Somerset and William F. Carter (Linda) of Avon, Indiana. She is also survived by two grandchildren and seven adorable, loving cats.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to one's favorite animal welfare charity.
