She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Hughes and Fannie Wilson Hughes; her son Barry D. Cook; and her sister Jody Waddle. She is survived by: her husband Morris Cook; and her sons, Ronald L. Cook (Marilyn) of Beechgrove and Terry L. Cook of Somerset. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
