She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Benner and Theta Benner; her husband Arnold; and her siblings, Richard Benner (Betty), James Benner (Ruth) and Dorothy Scearcy (Chuck).
She is survived by: her children, Larry Butte (Betty) of Somerset, Rick Butte (Paula) of Science Hill, Carla Godbey of Somerset and Glenda Bullock (David) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Russell Butte (Kristie), Jason Butte (Kellie), Matthew Godbey (Crissy), Adam Godbey, Anthony Godbey (Megan), Amy Witt (Mark), Amber Gager (Al), Jordan Butte (Samantha) and Jacob Butte (Courtney); her stepgrandchildren, Jessica Price (Sam), Katherine White (Joey) and Lucas Taylor (Alisha); and her sister-in-law Ruth Benner of Arkansas. She is also survived by great- grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Main Chapel (5900 US Hwy 27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
