He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Keeney; his mother Shirley Ann Jackson Keeney; his children, Gary Douglas Gibson II of Louisville and Ginger Renee Gibson Shelley (Matt) of Ferguson; his sister Teena Beshears (Kenny) of Somerset; his nephews, Bart Beshears (Amanda) and Tony Beshears (Heather); and his niece Emily Haste (Darin).
