He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hill and Sally Estep Hill. He is survived by: his daughter Rayven Estep; his siblings, Tim Estep (Audrey) of London, KY and Savanah Hill (Jason Owens) of Somerset, KY; his nephews, Elijah Ray Estep and Jason Ray Wayne Owens; and his niece Autumn Rayne Owens.
