Sears of Louisville and Patty Gossett of Science Hill, KY; and his siblings' children, Juanita Ann Cummins, Rosetta Cummins, Willard Cummins, Jr., Jason Burdine, Timothy Gossett, Shawn Burdine, Christy Trabish, Johnathan Caudill, Christopher Caudill, Andy Hill, Bruce Whitaker, Connie Sue, Bonnie Lou and Jacqueline Wallace. He is also survived by extended family members, neighbors and friends.
