He is survived by: his wife Wanda Thompson (Bowling); his children, Robbie Thompson (Judy) and Lisa Hooker; his grandchildren, Hallie Hooker, Lucas Thompson and Jarrod Hooker (Jennifer); and his brother Rick Thompson.
