She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Evans and Lavonne Anderson Evans; her husband Jason Lee Turpin; her sister Patricia Hoss; and her grandchild Tracey Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Whitis (Barry) of Somerset and Carol Turpin of Frankfort; her siblings, James Herbert Evans (Diane) of Bradfordsville, Kathleen Cochran of Lexington, Judy Hays (Sammy) and Meredith Glass; her grandchild Shawn Whitis (Christy) of Beaver Dam, KY.; and her great grandchildren, Evan Whitis, Reese Whitis, Ethan Whitis, Hanna Whitis, Morgan Roberts and Ben Roberts.
