She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Everett and Ruby Ella Price Burdine; her former husband Jerry Dale Hibbard; her son Timothy Dale Hibbard; her husband Dr. Buford Howard; and her siblings-in-law, Dean Hibbard (Cholrene), Shirley Mason (Harold) and Arlene Hibbard.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Smith (Frank) and J. Tyler Hibbard (Johnnie Boston); her daughter-in-law Trisha Hibbard; her grandchildren, Stephanie Reynolds (Robert), Cody Frank Smith (Chloe Strunk) and Logan Aaron Hibbard; her great grandchildren, Emery Reynolds and Madison Reynolds; her sisters, Sue Janet Moore, Judith Poynter (Everett) and Linda VanHook (Hershel); her brother-in-law Bobby Hibbard (Pam); her niece Sheila Arthur (Ted); her nephews, Greg Hibbard (Amy), Eric Campbell, Randall Campbell (Jackie) and Wayne Mason (Pam); her close friends, Patricia Haste, Megan Davis and Joyce Mounce; her grandsons, Phil J and Silas James; Jacob Howard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: Hibbard Cemetery Fund, Hospice of Lake Cumberland, or the American Cancer Society.
