He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Rose (Collins) and Tate Johnson; and his nephew Brandon Tate Johnson. He is survived by: his fiancée Rebecca Nethington of Somerset, KY; and his siblings, Rita Howard of Bardstown, KY, Evelana Flanagan of Somerset, KY, Gary Johnson of Payette, ID and Randy Johnson of Bethlehem, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
