With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brian Lee Cook of Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on August 18, 2023 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cook and Pauline Morrow Cook. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Cook; his daughters, Brianna Cook of Somerset and Mariah Cook of Alabama; and his siblings, James Cook (Sandy) of Somerset, Mike Cook (MaryAnn) of Somerset, Sammy Cook (Billie) of Jamestown, TN, Donna Koger (Richard) of Whitley City and Alissa Castle (Jimmy) of Burnside.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Brian Lee Cook Memorial Fund.
