He is survived by: his wife Sandra Phelps; his children, Raymond Reed (Stormiꞌ Ray) and Ashley Bradley of Somerset; his siblings, Rick Phelps, Dennis Phelps (Pim) and Debra Keeney (Mitch); and his grandchildren, Trenton, Devon, Danial, Aleah and Erika.
