He is survived by: his wife Barbara Williams Napier of Somerset, KY.; his children, Caleb Junior Napier (Lesa Gail) of Somerset, KY and Teresa Napier Carlton (David E.) of Somerset, KY.; his grandchildren, Rachael Carlton and Michael Carlton; his great grandchildren, Avery Blevins, Fisher Blevins, Mason Carlton and Lainey Carlton; and his siblings, Daryl Napier (Nancy) of East Bernstadt, KY, Eva Wilson of Warbranch, KY and Mollie North of Mozelle, KY.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
