She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jasper and Maxine Rainwater Jasper; and her sisters, Theresa Bean and Sandy Gould. She is survived by: her husband Tom Butcher; her son William Matthew Dalton; her grandson Cody Dalton; and also Poppy.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).

“In loving memory of CeCe Butcher, a wonderful friend. We had to much fun together and laughed so hard. That last time I had lunch with her she gave me a glass bird that I hung on my table top Christmas tree. I keep that little tree up all year long in memory of my mother. CeCe's mother (Maxine) and mine were friends and kept in touch for many years after the Jaspers moved to KY. I will miss CeCe terribly. I was proud to call her my friend. We send you thoughts of peace and courage.”
