He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Frank Mounce and Minnie Florence Smiley Mounce; his brothers-in-law, Charles Fisher and Danny Fisher; and his close friends, Raymond F. Hail, Dempsey Nicholas, Charlie Taylor, Jim Williams, Jim Trachsel, Mike Presley and Bill Mounce.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Fisher Mounce; his sister Drusilla Hail of Somerset; his sister-in-law Bonnie Ping (Howard) of Somerset; his nieces and nephews, Melody Hargis (Evan) of Somerset, Lori McQueen (Mike) of Somerset, Chris Hail (Kelli) of Jackson, TN, Allan Ping (Gretchen) of Richmond and Stephen Fisher (Heather) of Greensboro, NC; his caregiver Comfort Keepers (Craig Wesley); and his friends, Catherine Robertson Hanna, Kimberly Sasser Croley and Carol Dunnington Price. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
