She is survived by: her children, Mike Blevins (Patsy), Debbie Bertram (Doug) and Cathy Miller (Paul); her grandchildren, Brandy Stephens (Joe), Sammy Bertram (Katie), Casey Thompson and Dr. Mandi Martin (Rance); her great grandchildren, Reeve Stephens, Ava Kate Bertram, Asher Bertram, Tanner Thompson, Keesha Thompson, Blevins Martin and Davis Marie Martin; and her sisters, June Simison (Ronnie) and Linda Vrable (Alan).
