He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carol Martin and Ollar Inez Brimer Martin; his wife Patsy Martin; and his brothers, Bobby, Felix, Perry of Ed, J. B., James and Danny Martin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patsy McCormick (Johnny) of McMinnville, Geneva Bratcher (Roger) of Morrison, Jerrie Bryant of McMinnville, Gail Potter of McMinnville, Mary Jo Smith (Walton) of Rock Island and Paul Martin of McMinnville; his stepsons, Jimmy Shidler, Dennis Shidler and Shane Martin; his grandson Alan Shidler; his caregiver Loretta Whitaker; and his children, Kayla Hodge and Jake Hodge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to High Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
