He is survived by: his sons, Troy and Matthew Waldron of Indiana; his stepson Timothy Stepp (Janet Webster) of Somerset; his siblings, Travis Reed (Tracy) of Williamsport, Troy Reed of Williamsport, Clarence "Dale" Barkley, Jr. of Williamsport, Sheila Briar of Indiana, Cynthia (Rodney) of Science Hill and Julia Barkley (Chad) of Venice; and his close friend Denzil Tuggle. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Local ASPCA in memory of Dale.
