He is survived by: his wife Chandra Honaker; his sons, Rico Perkins (Salima) of Louisville, KY and Jeremiah Honaker of Willisburg, KY; his grandchildren, Byron Honaker, Hesakiah Honaker, Nemo Honaker, Aniyah Burkhart, Isaiah Perkins, Sydney Perkins and Stone Perkins; his mother-in-law Virginia Goins of Somerset; his siblings, Quincey Honaker of Pikeville and Aretha Honaker of Pikeville; his sister-in-law Cassandra Sims of Chatanooga, TN; his nephew Noah Honaker (John Ryan Hamp); and his niece Mikayla Hamp. He is also survived by extended family members, neighbors and friends.
