He is survived by: his sons, Scott Whitaker (Rosy) of Whitley City and Craig Whitaker (Tricia) of Somerset; his siblings, Dale Whitaker of Science Hill, Steve Whitaker of Indianapolis, IN, George Whitaker of Indianapolis, IN, Norma Price Dahl (Joe), Janet Phelps (Wade) of Science Hill, Patty Ping (Denton) of Somerset and Tammy Glover (Kenny) of Nancy; his brother-in-law Doug Hart; his brother Jerry; his sisters-in-law, Stella Harrison and Lisa Whitaker of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Cole Whitaker, Clay Whitaker, Kaitlyn Whitaker, Ava Whitaker, Patrick Stephens and Caitlyn Whitaker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
