He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hamblin and Nannie Hamblin; his wife Gloria Hamblin; his son David J. Hamblin; and his brother Daniel Hamblin.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Burton (Chris); his grandchildren, Tripp and Joplin Hamblin; and his brothers, Don Hamblin and Dennis Hamblin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
