With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Debbie Sparks of Somerset, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Debbie left this world on October 18, 2025 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bennie Matthews and Fannie Matthews. She is survived by: her mother Helen Matthews Wing; her husband David E. Sparks of Somerset; her children, Ashlie Candice Baugh (Rodney) of Somerset and Justin Matthew Sparks of Somerset; her grandchildren, Addy Baugh, Nash Baugh, Camden Sparks and Weston Sparks; and her stepfather Jerry Wing. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Baptist Church (128 N Main St, Somerset, KY 42501). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mill Springs National Cemetery (9044 KY-80, Nancy, KY 42544).
