He was predeceased by: his father James Ralph Silvers; and his stepdaughter Angel Dawn Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Hammock Silvers; his son Darren Silvers of Somerset; and his siblings, James "Jim" Silvers, Jr. (Devonna) of Somerset, Michael Dean Silvers of Somerset, Etta "Sissy" Phelps (Jimmy) of Whitley City and Jeanne Marie Acton of Somerset. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Gideon Bible Memorial Fund in memory of Dillard Silvers.
