She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmore Bolin and Maude Anderson Bolin; her husband Herbert Owens; her son Jerry Owens; her grandson Robert Owens; and her siblings, Hobert Bolin of Junice, Oval Bolin, Vernon Bolin, Flossie Carrender, Roxie Carter, Vonnie Oaks, Darlene Hudson and Murlen Dean Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Owens (Mary) of Russell Springs, Cletius Owens of Monticello, Herbert Eugene Owens of Russell Springs, Timothy Owens of Russell Springs, Vickie Owens of Albany, Becky Moon of Albany and Eudean Adkins (Billy) of Albany. She is also survived by many grandchildren, many great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80 BUS, Somerset, KY 42503).
