He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Adams and Dora Adams (Bryant); his brothers, William Riley "Bill" Adams (Verla) and Coy Adams; and his brothers-in-law, Denton Bullock, Gene Hargis, James Dicken and Raymond Abney.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Adam Adams and Nichole Kelly Turner (Eddie); his grandson Nicholas Paul Adams (Ryah Parkhurst); his siblings, Allene Bullock, Lucille Hargis, Betty Dicken, Bobby Adams, Ola Hagstrom (Dennis) and Margaret Abney; and his sister-in-law Sandy Adams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
