She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Everett Mounce and Maggie Brown Mounce; her husband Ralph Bullock; her siblings, Charles Mounce and Jeanette Irene Soard; and her sister-in-law Ruth "Jettimae" Soard.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Rita Bullock Cook (Merle); her great grandchild Stacey Lynn Cook Casada (Jason); and her sister-in-law Phyllis Bullock (Jim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
