He was predeceased by: his parents, George Osborne and Alice Collins Osborne; his daughter Allison Osborne; and his siblings, George Dewayne, Mary Alice, Carol Sue Osborne and Freda Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Donnie Osborne, Brittany Osborne and James Osborne; and his siblings, Norma Allen of East Bernstadt, Ronnie Osborne of East Bernstadt and Jonathan Osborne of Somerset, KY. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
