She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Evans (Jim) of Somerset, Kentucky; her grandson Benjamin Levi Evans of Somerset, Kentucky; and her sister Sharlene Eldridge (Wayne). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland in memory of Dorothy Hughes.
