She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Hawk and Sarah Phelps Hawk; her husband Ralph Price; her siblings, Leonard Hawk, Beulah Hawk Inabnitt, Sylvia Hawk McCalister, Eva Jean Hawk Wardwell, Alta Hawk Blair and Edna Hawk Farmer; and her daughter-in-law Lavena "Bean" Price.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Price (Cindy) of Somerset, KY, Danny Price (Debbie) of Somerset, KY and Keith Price of Somerset, KY; her brother Lenzie "Coop" Hawk of Dayton, OH; her grandchildren, Melody Price of Richmond, KY, Christy Carter (Dewayne) of Eubank, KY, Mandy Abney (Justin) of Lexington, KY, Kami Bumpus (Brian) of Knoxville, TN, Danielle Davis (Jason) of Somerset, KY, Jacob Price (Sarah) of Alexandria, VA and Sarah Price of Bowling Green, KY; and her caregivers, Janell Meadows, Jane Rutherford, Chelsea Fore and Brittany Anderson. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
