It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Lynn Snell (Somerset, Kentucky), born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ava Christine Stogsdill Simpson and Edward Lee Snell; his stepfather James W. Simpson; and his grandparents, Alma and Neil Stogsdill.
He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Chriscelyn Marie Tussey; his wife Carolyn McGee Snell; his daughter Christie Abney; his son-in-law Donny Abney; his grandchildren, Ciara Chappell and James Christopher Partin; his great grandchildren, Kenidi, Ava, Colyer, Kace, James and Savannah; his son-in-law James Tussey; his grandchildren, Bella and Parker; his stepchildren, Teresa McGee Elder, Carol Ann McGee, Melissa Dawn McGee and Thomas Arnold McGee, Jr.; his brother John Engle; his half-brother Fred Snell; and his friends, Engle, Baird, Covan and Livingston. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
