He is survived by: his girlfriend Sheila Sears; his sister Kathy Lou Swartz Tatro (Dale Tatro); his children, Tim Miller (Samantha Miller) and Megan Smith Davis (Wendell Davis); his nieces and nephews, Will Cooper, Richard Lewis Swartz, Todd Cooper Jr., Maegen Swartz and Christie Lynn Swartz; and his grandchildren, Ava Davis, Cambri Cross, Cooper Cross, Addison Miller, Ollie Miller, Lela Miller and James Miller.
