She was predeceased by: her father Charlie Dobbs; and her husband William Paul Wesley. She is survived by: her children, William Clyde (Bill) and Threasa Lou; her son-in-law Geoffrey Bowling; her granddaughter Heather Michelle Wesley McKee; her grandson-in-law Christopher Douglas Mckee; and her great grandchildren, William Tanner McKee and Wesley Tucker McKee.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Elizabeth's name to the First United Methodist Church of Somerset where she was a member.
