He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Shoopman, Sr. and Bessie Murphy Shoopman; and his siblings, Ed Shoopman, Vonda Shoopman and Mildred Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shoopman; his daughter Melody France (Mike); his granddaughter Morgan France; and his siblings, Roy Eugene Shoopman, Orville Shoopman, Jr. (Sue), Viola Freeman (Dennis) and Linda Hill (Freddie Allen).
