She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollis Gene and Ada Shadoan Helton; and her sisters, Carolyn Ellemen and Gayle Bowser. She is survived by: her children, John Duff of Lily, KY, James Lee Duff of Columbia, KY and Kimberly Ostering of London, KY; and her siblings, James Dale Helton of Somerset, Kentucky and Phyllis Navetta of Indiana. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
