She is survived by: her children, Willis Grayling Neal of Somerset, Theresa E. Lennon of Powell, Katrina M. Flynn (Virgil) of South Amherst and Janice Lay of Nancy, Kentucky; her siblings, Donald Connors (Shirley) of Somerset and Betty Herrin of Somerset; and her grandchildren, Andrea Malji, Britany Neal, Stefany Neal, Jessica Ott, Jonathan Lennon, Charlie Whitaker, Nathan Whitaker, James Whitaker and Penny Starky.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
