He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jasper and Bonnie Jasper (Dunbar); his wife Mae Turner Jasper; his stepson Carlos Miller; and his siblings, Loretta Brooks, Wendell Jasper, Robert Jasper and Joyce Brooks.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Willems (Harold) of Goodland, IN., Gary Jasper of Lancaster, KY., Helen Tussey of Danville, KY., Cecil Jasper of Willard, OH., Donnie Jasper of Science Hill, David Jasper of Eubank and Karen Lawless (Carl) of Somerset; and his nephew Brian Jasper.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Floyd Jasper Memorial Fund.
