He is survived by: his siblings, Minnie Turner, Edith Turner, Edna Turner, Christine Phelps, Linda Decker, Helen Brown, Luther Marion "Buster" Turner, Gene Turner, Jessie Turner and Walter Turner; his children, Frank Turner Jr. of Somerset, KY and Machalla Davenport of Indianapolis, IN; his stepchildren, Michael Morris (Sherry) of Monticello, KY and Donna Thomas (Brian) of Somerset, KY; his sister Betty Dugger of Somerset, KY; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Turner of Elizabethtown, KY.. He is also survived by several grandkids.
