He is survived by: his wife Beverly Compton (Critchfield); his brother Larry Compton; his nieces, Lisa Miller and Larissa Tucker (Dude); his great-nephew Evan Miller; his great-niece Lauren Cooper (Cody); and his close friends, Barry and Susan Whitis.
